How does your dietitian support clients in different time zones?
For our clients in India, we send reminders for each meal and follow up to ensure consistency. In cases with a significant time difference(+4 IST), such as with clients in the UK, dinner reminders will be adjusted to their respective time zones to avoid late-night notifications.
How long will it take for me to reduce my belly fat?
The process and the time leading to the reduction in belly fat varies according to each individual's workout frequency, consistency, and the amount of initial fat percentage. Our dietitians encourage regularity in workouts and focus on nutrition, but specific timelines are a byproduct of the commitment and goals of each client.
What type of diet plan is offered for kids? Will it be child-friendly?
We offer programs tailored specifically for children, which start on the 10th, 20th, and 30th of every month to meet each child’s nutritional needs so that they enjoy the process and keep their health intact, as well.
Do you provide workouts for Diastasis Recti (DR)?
Yes, we have designed workout plans for people suffering from Diastasis Recti, a condition where abdominal muscles may separate post-pregnancy. Our teams specialising in DR focus on assessing each client’s condition and offer appropriate exercises to help reduce abnormal waist width and reshape the abdominal area.
Do you offer a weight gain plan, and does it deliver results?
Absolutely, our weight gain plan is structured similarly to the weight loss plan. Post consultation, our dietitians design a diet plan to support healthy weight gain, with remarkable results seen through consistent adherence. Regular monitoring and following the dietitian’s meal suggestions are key to achieving effective weight gain goals.
Are the workouts suitable for all age groups?
Yes, we offer varied workout plans that cater to different age groups. We have specialized sessions for clients over 40, with modified workout intensities that are less rigorous compared to our regular 30- or 40-day programs that are tailored for the below-40 age group, ensuring appropriate and safe engagement for each individual.
