FITREAT COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Version: 1.0
Effective Date: 14 August 2026
Last Updated: 14 August 2026
These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") are adopted and published by the entities operating under the Fitreat brand, collectively referred to as the Fitreat Group, including Fitreat Couple Private Limited, Fitreat LLC (Dubai), the Fitreat Partnership Firm and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, associated enterprises, successors and permitted assigns (collectively referred to as "Fitreat", the "Company", "we", "our" or "us", as the context may require).
These Guidelines establish the standards of conduct expected from every User who accesses or participates in the Fitreat Platform or any community, programme, feature or Service offered by or on behalf of the Fitreat Group. These Guidelines are intended to foster a respectful, inclusive, supportive and safe environment where Users can pursue their health, fitness and wellness goals while interacting constructively with other members of the Fitreat community.
These Guidelines form an integral part of the Platform Policies and shall be read together with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer, Grievance Redressal Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy and every other policy published by the Company from time to time. By accessing or using the Fitreat Platform, every User acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Guidelines.
1. Purpose
The Fitreat Platform is designed to encourage individuals to improve their health, fitness and overall well-being through education, coaching, technology and community engagement. The Company believes that meaningful progress is best achieved within a community founded upon mutual respect, honesty, encouragement and personal accountability. These Guidelines have therefore been established to promote positive interactions, protect the interests of all Users and preserve the integrity of the Fitreat Platform. The primary purpose of these Guidelines is to establish clear behavioural standards governing participation in every community feature, programme and communication channel operated by or on behalf of the Fitreat Group. They are intended to encourage respectful dialogue, discourage harmful conduct, reduce misinformation and provide a transparent framework through which inappropriate behaviour may be addressed consistently and fairly.
Nothing contained in these Guidelines shall be interpreted as restricting lawful expression or legitimate discussion. However, participation within the Fitreat community remains a privilege and not an absolute right, and every User is expected to exercise that privilege responsibly and in accordance with these Guidelines.
2. Scope and Applicability
These Guidelines apply to every individual, organisation and other legal or natural person who accesses, visits, registers with, subscribes to or otherwise interacts with the Fitreat Platform or any Service, programme or community operated by or on behalf of the Fitreat Group. Their applicability extends irrespective of whether the User participates through the Company's website, mobile application, artificial intelligence-enabled features, customer support channels, community forums, social media pages, messaging platforms, webinars, live coaching sessions, virtual consultations, corporate wellness programmes, children's programmes, couple programmes or any other communication channel made available by the Company.
These Guidelines govern every form of interaction occurring within or through the Fitreat Platform, including written communications, audio communications, video interactions, images, transformation photographs, testimonials, comments, reviews, live chat messages, discussion forums, community groups, direct messaging features, digital events, user-generated content and every other form of participation facilitated by the Company. The applicability of these Guidelines shall continue throughout the User's relationship with the Company and, where reasonably necessary to investigate prior conduct or enforce the Company's legal rights, may continue after the termination or closure of the User's account.
Where multiple entities forming part of the Fitreat Group participate in the provision of Services, these Guidelines shall apply uniformly to all Users irrespective of the particular Fitreat entity responsible for providing the relevant Service. Compliance with these Guidelines shall constitute a continuing obligation of every User while interacting with any aspect of the Fitreat Platform.
3. Relationship with Other Platform Policies
These Guidelines form an integral component of the contractual framework governing the use of the Fitreat Platform and shall be interpreted harmoniously with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer, Grievance Redressal Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy and every other Platform Policy published by the Company from time to time. Each of these documents addresses distinct aspects of the relationship between the Company and its Users, and these Guidelines specifically govern standards of behaviour, participation and community engagement.
Where a User's conduct also gives rise to issues governed by another Platform Policy, the relevant provisions of that policy shall apply concurrently to the extent appropriate. The Company's decision to enforce these Guidelines shall not limit or prejudice its ability to exercise any additional contractual, statutory or equitable rights available under any other Platform Policy or applicable law.
Nothing contained in these Guidelines shall be interpreted as limiting the Company's authority to investigate misconduct, suspend access to the Platform, remove content or adopt any other enforcement measure authorised under the Terms and Conditions or applicable law.
4. Community Values
The Fitreat community is founded upon the principles of respect, integrity, inclusivity, accountability and mutual encouragement. Every User contributes to the overall quality of the community, and the Company encourages interactions that promote learning, personal development, healthy discussion and constructive support. Differences of opinion are inevitable within any community; however, such differences must always be expressed respectfully and without resorting to harassment, intimidation, abuse or personal attacks.
Users are expected to recognise that every individual possesses different levels of fitness, experience, physical capability, medical history, cultural background and personal objectives. Communications should therefore be conducted with empathy, professionalism and consideration for the dignity of others. The Company does not tolerate behaviour that undermines the safety, confidence or well-being of members of the Fitreat community.
The Company further encourages Users to contribute positively by sharing genuine experiences, providing constructive feedback, encouraging healthy lifestyles and participating in discussions in a manner that supports the educational and wellness objectives of the Fitreat Platform. Community participation should always reflect honesty, responsibility and respect for scientific integrity and evidence-based health practices.
5. User Responsibilities
Every User is personally responsible for his or her conduct while accessing or using the Fitreat Platform. Users are expected to communicate honestly, act respectfully, comply with applicable law and observe these Guidelines at all times. Every User shall remain responsible for the content that he or she creates, uploads, publishes, transmits, shares or otherwise makes available through the Platform, irrespective of whether such content is publicly visible or shared privately with other Users.
Users shall exercise reasonable care before relying upon or sharing health, nutrition, fitness or wellness information within the community and should avoid presenting personal opinions as professional or medical advice. Where Users choose to share their personal experiences, transformation journeys or fitness achievements, they are encouraged to do so truthfully and responsibly without creating unrealistic expectations or misleading impressions regarding potential outcomes.
Every User is also expected to cooperate with the Company during investigations concerning suspected violations of these Guidelines, including by providing information reasonably requested for the purposes of maintaining the safety and integrity of the Platform. Failure to cooperate may be taken into account when determining the appropriate enforcement measures under these Guidelines.
6. Respectful Communication
The Company is committed to fostering a community in which every individual is treated with dignity, courtesy and respect. Users are expected to engage in discussions professionally, even where disagreements arise. Constructive criticism, differing viewpoints and respectful debate are encouraged, provided that such interactions remain civil, relevant and free from abusive or degrading language.
Users shall refrain from engaging in communications that are intended or reasonably likely to humiliate, insult, intimidate, threaten or otherwise cause unnecessary distress to other members of the community. Personal attacks, persistent hostility, inflammatory remarks and communications intended to provoke conflict are inconsistent with the objectives of the Fitreat Platform and may result in appropriate enforcement action.
Respectful communication extends not only to interactions with other Users but also to communications directed towards the Company's employees, coaches, nutritionists, customer support personnel, consultants, contractors and authorised representatives. The Company expects all interactions occurring through its Platform to be conducted with professionalism, patience and mutual respect.
7. Commitment to a Safe and Inclusive Community
Fitreat welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, nationalities, religions, genders, ages, physical abilities and levels of fitness. The Company is committed to maintaining an environment in which every User feels safe to participate, learn and pursue personal health and wellness goals without fear of discrimination, harassment or exclusion.
The Company encourages inclusive participation and does not tolerate conduct that seeks to marginalise, intimidate or discourage individuals on the basis of legally protected characteristics or other personal attributes. Users are expected to demonstrate respect for differing perspectives and to recognise that the Fitreat community is intended to support individuals with varied experiences and personal objectives.
The Company may implement reasonable measures to protect vulnerable Users, including minors participating in authorised programmes, individuals recovering from medical conditions and persons requiring additional safeguards due to the nature of the Services being provided. Such measures shall be implemented consistently with the Company's Platform Policies and applicable law.
8. Enforcement Philosophy
The primary objective of these Guidelines is to educate, protect and preserve the integrity of the Fitreat community rather than to impose punitive measures. Accordingly, the Company shall endeavour to administer these Guidelines fairly, consistently and proportionately, taking into consideration the nature, seriousness, frequency and surrounding circumstances of any alleged violation.
Where appropriate, the Company may adopt graduated enforcement measures designed to encourage voluntary compliance before imposing more restrictive actions. However, the Company reserves the right to take immediate action, including the removal of content, suspension or termination of access, where the circumstances reasonably warrant such intervention in order to protect the safety of Users, maintain the integrity of the Platform or comply with applicable law.
Nothing contained in these Guidelines shall be interpreted as creating an obligation upon the Company to take any particular enforcement action in every instance of alleged misconduct. The Company shall retain sole discretion, exercised reasonably and in good faith, to determine the appropriate response to any conduct that it considers inconsistent with these Guidelines, the Platform Policies or applicable law.
9. General Standards of Conduct
The Fitreat Platform has been established to foster a respectful, supportive and educational environment for individuals pursuing their health, fitness and wellness goals. Every User is expected to conduct themselves responsibly and in a manner that promotes constructive engagement with other members of the community. Conduct that undermines the safety, dignity, privacy or legitimate interests of other Users or interferes with the proper functioning of the Platform shall constitute a violation of these Guidelines and may result in enforcement action by the Company.
The standards prescribed under this Part are intended to provide guidance regarding conduct that is incompatible with the objectives of the Fitreat community. The examples contained herein are illustrative rather than exhaustive, and the Company reserves the right to determine, acting reasonably and in good faith, whether particular conduct is inconsistent with these Guidelines even if it is not expressly identified in this Policy.
Users shall remain responsible for their conduct regardless of whether such conduct occurs publicly, privately, directly or indirectly through any feature, functionality or communication channel made available by the Fitreat Platform.
10. Harassment, Bullying and Abusive Behaviour
The Company maintains a zero-tolerance approach towards harassment, bullying, intimidation and abusive behaviour directed towards any User, employee, coach, nutritionist, consultant, contractor or authorised representative of the Fitreat Group. Every User has the right to participate in the Fitreat community without being subjected to personal attacks, humiliation, threats or persistent unwanted conduct.
Conduct amounting to harassment may include repeated unwanted communications, insulting remarks, personal ridicule, intimidation, stalking, deliberate attempts to embarrass another individual, hostile behaviour intended to create fear or discomfort, or any other conduct that would reasonably be regarded as abusive or oppressive. Bullying may occur irrespective of whether such conduct is directed towards an individual publicly or through private communications facilitated by the Platform. The Company reserves the right to investigate complaints relating to harassment even where the conduct occurs partly outside the Platform if such conduct materially affects the safety, integrity or functioning of the Fitreat community.
11. Hate Speech and Discriminatory Conduct
Fitreat is committed to maintaining an inclusive environment that welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures and communities. Users shall not publish, transmit, encourage or otherwise engage in communications that promote hatred, discrimination, hostility or violence against any individual or group based upon race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, colour, language, sex, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status or any other characteristic protected under applicable law.
Expressions intended to degrade, dehumanise, exclude or incite hostility against protected groups are inconsistent with the values of the Fitreat community and shall not be permitted. The Company may remove such content immediately and adopt appropriate enforcement measures without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect Users or comply with applicable law.
Nothing contained herein shall prohibit respectful discussion of social, cultural, religious or legal issues provided that such discussions remain civil, relevant and free from discriminatory intent.
12. Threats, Violence and Dangerous Conduct
Users shall not engage in conduct that threatens, encourages or glorifies violence, physical harm, unlawful activities or other conduct likely to endanger the safety or well-being of any person. Communications expressing credible threats of violence, intimidation or coercion, whether directed towards specific individuals or broader groups, are strictly prohibited.
The Company likewise prohibits the organisation, promotion or encouragement of dangerous challenges, unsafe exercise practices, extreme dietary behaviours, self-destructive activities or any other conduct reasonably likely to expose Users to significant physical or psychological harm. Where the Company reasonably believes that a User's conduct presents an immediate risk to the safety of others, it may adopt urgent enforcement measures without awaiting the completion of a formal investigation.
13. Sexual Harassment, Obscene and Inappropriate Content
The Fitreat Platform is intended to facilitate health, fitness and wellness-related engagement and is not designed for sexually explicit, exploitative or inappropriate interactions. Users shall not publish, transmit or solicit sexually explicit material, obscene content, unwanted sexual communications, sexually suggestive harassment or any content that exploits, objectifies or humiliates another person.
Transformation photographs, progress images and fitness-related visual content may be shared only where such content is relevant to the legitimate objectives of the Platform and complies with these Guidelines and other applicable Platform Policies. The Company reserves the right to remove content that, in its reasonable opinion, exceeds the legitimate educational or fitness-related purposes of the Platform or otherwise creates an inappropriate environment for Users.
Any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors or any other unlawful sexual material shall be removed immediately and may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.
14. False, Misleading and Harmful Health Information
Fitreat encourages evidence-based discussion relating to health, nutrition, fitness and wellness. Users shall not knowingly publish or promote false, misleading or deceptive information relating to medical conditions, nutritional practices, exercise techniques, medications, supplements, diseases, weight loss methods or other health-related subjects where such information is reasonably likely to cause harm to other Users.
Personal experiences may be shared for educational or motivational purposes; however, Users shall not present anecdotal experiences as universally applicable medical or professional advice. Users should refrain from discouraging others from obtaining appropriate medical treatment or encouraging practices that are inconsistent with established health and safety standards.
The Company reserves the right to remove content that, in its reasonable opinion, poses a material risk to public health or the safety of Users, irrespective of whether such content was shared intentionally or inadvertently.
15. Dangerous Fitness and Nutrition Practices
The Fitreat Platform shall not be used to encourage dangerous exercise practices, extreme dietary restrictions, starvation diets, excessive supplementation, misuse of prescription medication, performance-enhancing drugs, hazardous physical challenges or any other conduct reasonably likely to result in injury or adverse health consequences.
Users shall avoid promoting unrealistic transformation claims, unsafe workout techniques or nutritional practices that disregard generally accepted health and safety principles. The Company may remove content that encourages behaviour posing an unreasonable risk of physical harm, irrespective of whether such content is presented humorously, competitively or as a personal opinion.
16. Spam, Unauthorised Promotions and Commercial Activities
The Fitreat community exists primarily for education, support and constructive engagement. Users shall not utilise the Platform to distribute unsolicited advertisements, repetitive promotional content, chain messages, affiliate marketing, referral spam, mass communications or other commercial solicitations without the Company's prior written authorisation.
Users shall likewise refrain from using community features to promote competing businesses, recruit customers for unrelated services, conduct unauthorised market research or otherwise exploit the Platform primarily for commercial gain. Legitimate discussions regarding products or services relevant to health and fitness may be permitted where undertaken genuinely and without deceptive or promotional intent.
17. Fraud, Misrepresentation and Impersonation
Users shall conduct themselves honestly and shall not engage in fraudulent, deceptive or misleading conduct while using the Fitreat Platform. Prohibited conduct includes creating false identities, impersonating another individual or organisation, misrepresenting qualifications or professional credentials, submitting fabricated testimonials, manipulating reviews, providing false health information for improper purposes or engaging in any conduct intended to deceive the Company or other Users.
The Company reserves the right to verify information provided by Users where reasonably necessary for the administration of the Platform or investigation of suspected misconduct. Any attempt to circumvent verification procedures or to obtain unauthorised benefits through deception may result in immediate enforcement action.
18. Intellectual Property Violations
Users shall respect the intellectual property rights of the Company and of third parties. No User shall upload, publish, distribute or otherwise make available any content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, design rights, trade secrets or other proprietary rights belonging to another person without appropriate authorisation.
Where Users share content created by others, they remain responsible for ensuring that such use is authorised under applicable law or pursuant to a valid licence. The Company may remove allegedly infringing material upon becoming aware of credible claims of infringement and may require Users to provide evidence of ownership or lawful authorisation where appropriate.
19. Privacy Violations and Unauthorised Disclosure of Information
Users shall respect the privacy and confidentiality of every member of the Fitreat community. Personal information relating to another individual shall not be collected, published, disclosed, transmitted or otherwise used without lawful authority or the consent of the affected individual, except where such disclosure is required by applicable law.
The publication of another person's address, telephone number, email address, financial information, medical information, identity documents, photographs or other personal information without appropriate authorisation is strictly prohibited. Users shall likewise refrain from recording, reproducing or distributing private conversations, coaching sessions or consultations without the consent of all persons concerned.
20. Illegal Activities and Platform Abuse
The Fitreat Platform shall not be used to facilitate, encourage or promote unlawful activities or conduct inconsistent with applicable law. Users shall not utilise the Platform for money laundering, fraud, cybercrime, identity theft, distribution of unlawful materials or any other activity prohibited by law.
Users shall further refrain from attempting to interfere with the security, stability or operation of the Platform through hacking, reverse engineering, unauthorised access, automated data extraction, malware distribution, denial-of-service attacks or any other activity that compromises the integrity of the Company's systems or the experience of other Users. The Company reserves the right to investigate suspected unlawful activities, cooperate with competent authorities and adopt immediate enforcement measures where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, its Users or the legitimate interests of the Fitreat Group.
21. User-Generated Content
The Fitreat Platform encourages Users to share their experiences, knowledge, achievements and progress in order to promote learning, motivation and community engagement. Users may submit content in various forms, including comments, reviews, testimonials, transformation photographs, videos, messages, discussion posts, questions, feedback and other materials made available through the Platform ("User Content"). Every User remains solely responsible for the User Content that they create, upload, publish, transmit or otherwise make available through the Platform.
By publishing User Content, a User represents and warrants that they possess all necessary rights, permissions and legal authority required to publish such content and that the publication thereof does not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law. Users shall ensure that all User Content is truthful, accurate to the best of their knowledge and shared in good faith for legitimate purposes consistent with these Guidelines. The Company shall not be responsible for independently verifying the accuracy or reliability of User Content contributed by Users and reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any User Content that it reasonably considers inconsistent with these Guidelines or the Platform Policies.
22. Transformation Photographs, Testimonials and Success Stories
Fitreat recognises that transformation photographs, testimonials and personal success stories can provide valuable encouragement and motivation to other Users. Such content should, however, accurately reflect the personal experiences of the individual concerned and should not create unrealistic expectations regarding the results that may be achieved through the Company's Services. Users shall refrain from exaggerating outcomes, fabricating experiences or making guarantees regarding weight loss, muscle gain, health improvements or other fitness-related results.
Users choosing to publish transformation photographs or personal progress updates are expected to ensure that such content is shared voluntarily and with full awareness of the potential visibility of such content within the Platform. Where User Content contains identifiable images of third parties, the User shall ensure that appropriate consent has been obtained prior to publication. The Company reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any testimonial or transformation content that it reasonably considers misleading, deceptive, inappropriate or inconsistent with applicable law or the Company's Platform Policies.
23. Accuracy and Authenticity of Content
The Company encourages the sharing of genuine experiences and constructive discussions that contribute positively to the Fitreat community. Users shall avoid publishing information that they know, or reasonably ought to know, is false, misleading, manipulated or materially inaccurate. Content intended to deceive other Users regarding qualifications, achievements, professional expertise, product efficacy or personal experiences undermines the integrity of the Platform and is inconsistent with these Guidelines.
Opinions, recommendations and personal experiences should be clearly distinguishable from professional advice. Users shall not falsely represent themselves as medical practitioners, nutritionists, fitness professionals or other qualified experts unless they possess the necessary qualifications and are authorised to make such representations. The Company may remove content where it reasonably determines that continued publication is likely to mislead Users or compromise the reliability of information available through the Platform.
24. Content Moderation
The Company reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to review, monitor, assess, restrict, edit, remove, disable access to or otherwise moderate User Content for the purpose of maintaining compliance with these Guidelines, the Platform Policies and applicable law. Content moderation may be undertaken proactively, reactively upon receipt of complaints or reports, through automated technologies, manual review or any combination thereof, depending upon the nature of the content and the operational requirements of the Platform.
The Company's moderation decisions shall be guided by the objectives of preserving a safe, respectful and informative community while balancing the legitimate interests of Users to participate in constructive discussion. The Company shall retain sole discretion, exercised reasonably and in good faith, to determine whether particular content violates these Guidelines or otherwise poses an unacceptable risk to the Platform, its Users or its legitimate business interests.
The Company's decision not to remove or moderate particular content shall not be interpreted as an endorsement, approval or verification of such content.
25. Artificial Intelligence-Assisted Moderation
In order to enhance the efficiency, consistency and effectiveness of content moderation, the Company may utilise artificial intelligence systems, automated detection technologies, keyword recognition tools and other technological measures to identify content that may potentially violate these Guidelines or applicable law. Such technologies may assist in detecting spam, abusive communications, harmful health information, inappropriate images, fraudulent activities, automated account abuse and other conduct inconsistent with the objectives of the Platform.
The Company acknowledges that automated moderation technologies may occasionally generate inaccurate or incomplete assessments. Accordingly, where appropriate and reasonably practicable, decisions involving significant enforcement measures may be subject to additional human review before final action is taken. The use of automated moderation technologies shall not create any representation or warranty that every violation will be detected or prevented.
26. Reporting Violations
Every User is encouraged to contribute to the safety and integrity of the Fitreat community by reporting conduct that they reasonably believe violates these Guidelines, the Platform Policies or applicable law. Reports may be submitted through the reporting mechanisms made available by the Company from time to time, including reporting features incorporated within the Platform, customer support channels, designated email addresses or any other communication method authorised by the Company.
Users submitting reports are expected to do so honestly, responsibly and in good faith. Reports should contain sufficient information to enable the Company to reasonably identify the relevant content, conduct or individual concerned and to facilitate an appropriate investigation. The submission of a report does not guarantee that enforcement action will be taken, and the Company shall determine the appropriate course of action after considering the available information.
27. Investigation of Alleged Violations
Upon receiving information indicating a possible violation of these Guidelines, the Company may conduct such investigation as it reasonably considers appropriate having regard to the nature, seriousness and complexity of the alleged misconduct. Such investigation may include the review of User Content, communications, account information, transaction records, audit logs, technical information, complaints submitted by other Users and any other material reasonably relevant to the investigation.
The Company may seek clarification from the affected User or other persons involved where such clarification is reasonably necessary to facilitate a fair assessment of the circumstances. Users are expected to cooperate in good faith during investigations by providing accurate and complete information reasonably requested by the Company. Failure to cooperate may be considered when determining the appropriate enforcement response.
28. Enforcement Measures
Where the Company reasonably determines that a User has violated these Guidelines or any other Platform Policy, it may adopt one or more enforcement measures proportionate to the nature and seriousness of the violation. Such measures may include issuing educational notices or warnings, restricting particular Platform features, removing or limiting access to User Content, temporarily suspending specific functionalities, imposing temporary account restrictions, permanently terminating access to the Platform or adopting any other measure reasonably necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the Company, its Users or third parties.
The selection of any enforcement measure shall remain within the reasonable discretion of the Company and shall depend upon factors including the severity of the conduct, previous violations, the likelihood of recurrence, the impact upon other Users, applicable legal requirements and the overall objectives of these Guidelines. Nothing contained herein obligates the Company to adopt progressive disciplinary measures before taking immediate action where the circumstances reasonably warrant such action.
29. Preservation of Evidence
Where the Company reasonably believes that User Content or account activity may be relevant to an investigation, legal proceeding, regulatory inquiry or enforcement action, it may preserve such information notwithstanding the removal of the relevant content from public view or the suspension or termination of the User's account. Such preservation may include communications, audit logs, account information, uploaded content, metadata, transaction records and other information reasonably necessary to protect the Company's legal rights, comply with applicable law or facilitate investigations. The preservation of information pursuant to this provision shall not be interpreted as evidence that any violation has occurred nor as an admission by the Company regarding the merits of any allegation.
30. Appeals Against Moderation Decisions
A User whose content has been removed or whose account has been restricted, suspended or terminated pursuant to these Guidelines may request reconsideration of the Company's decision through the grievance resolution mechanism or such other appeal procedure as may be designated by the Company from time to time. Any request for reconsideration should clearly identify the relevant moderation decision, specify the grounds upon which reconsideration is sought and include any supporting information that the User considers relevant.
The Company shall review such requests in accordance with its internal procedures and may affirm, modify or reverse its earlier decision where appropriate. The submission of an appeal shall not automatically suspend or reverse the enforcement action already implemented unless the Company expressly determines otherwise. Nothing contained in this provision shall limit the Company's authority to take immediate action where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, its Users or comply with applicable law.
31. Protection of Minors
The Company is committed to providing a safe, respectful and age-appropriate environment for minors participating in authorised children's programmes or other services specifically designed for younger participants. Every User interacting with minors through the Fitreat Platform shall exercise appropriate care, professionalism and respect at all times. Users shall not engage in any communication, behaviour or activity that may reasonably be considered exploitative, abusive, intimidating, manipulative or otherwise inappropriate for a minor.
Parents and legal guardians remain primarily responsible for supervising the participation of minors in the Company's Services and are encouraged to monitor their interactions with the Platform and its community features. Where the Company reasonably believes that any conduct may endanger the safety, welfare or privacy of a minor, it reserves the right to adopt immediate protective measures, including restricting communications, removing content, suspending accounts or reporting the matter to competent authorities where required or permitted by applicable law. Nothing contained in these Guidelines shall be interpreted as transferring parental responsibilities to the Company or creating any duty of supervision beyond the obligations expressly assumed by the Company under applicable law and the relevant contractual documentation.
32. Corporate Wellness Communities
The Company may establish dedicated communities, discussion forums or collaborative spaces for participants enrolled through corporate wellness programmes or enterprise subscriptions. Such communities remain subject to these Guidelines in addition to any specific contractual arrangements entered into between the Company and the relevant corporate client.
Participants shall respect the confidentiality of workplace discussions, refrain from disclosing proprietary or confidential business information belonging to their employers or colleagues and avoid using corporate community spaces for purposes unrelated to the objectives of the relevant wellness programme. The Company shall administer such communities independently and shall not ordinarily disclose individual communications or participation details to employers except where authorised by the participant, required under the governing contractual arrangements or otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.
33. Third-Party Platforms and Social Media
The Company may maintain official pages, groups, communities or communication channels on third-party platforms, including social media websites and messaging services, for the purpose of engaging with Users and promoting its Services. Users interacting with the Company through such third-party platforms shall remain subject to these Guidelines to the extent their conduct materially relates to the Company's Services or the Fitreat community.
The Company does not control the policies, moderation practices or technical infrastructure of third-party platforms and shall not be responsible for their operation, security or availability. Users remain independently responsible for complying with the terms, community standards and policies applicable to such third-party platforms. Where conduct occurring on a third-party platform materially affects the safety, integrity or legitimate interests of the Fitreat community, the Company may consider such conduct when determining whether enforcement measures under these Guidelines are appropriate.
34. Amendments to these Guidelines
The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, update, supplement or replace these Guidelines at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, judicial decisions, regulatory requirements, technological developments, industry practices, operational requirements or the evolving needs of the Fitreat community. Any revised version shall become effective upon publication on the Fitreat Platform or upon such later date as may be specified by the Company.
Users are encouraged to review these Guidelines periodically to remain informed of their current obligations. Continued access to or use of the Platform following the publication of revised Guidelines shall constitute acceptance of the updated version to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where applicable law requires separate notice or consent in relation to particular amendments, the Company shall comply with such requirements.
35. Disclaimer
The Company provides the Fitreat Platform as a medium through which Users may communicate, learn and share experiences relating to health, fitness and wellness. The Company does not endorse, guarantee or verify every statement, opinion, recommendation or item of User Content published through the Platform. Opinions expressed by Users are solely those of the respective individuals and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Company.
The Company's decision to permit the publication or continued availability of User Content shall not constitute approval, endorsement or certification of its accuracy, legality, safety or reliability. Users should exercise independent judgment before relying upon information shared by other members of the community and should seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
36. Limitation of Responsibility
While the Company shall make reasonable efforts to administer these Guidelines consistently and fairly, it does not guarantee that every violation will be identified, investigated or prevented. The Company shall not be responsible for the conduct, statements, omissions or User Content of individual Users except to the extent expressly required under applicable law.
Nothing contained in these Guidelines shall create any obligation upon the Company to continuously monitor all communications, User Content or community activities, nor shall the Company's exercise or non-exercise of moderation powers be interpreted as creating any duty of care beyond that imposed by applicable law or the contractual arrangements governing the Services.
37. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Guidelines shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the contracting entity forming part of the Fitreat Group providing the relevant Services. Where the relevant contracting entity is Fitreat Couple Private Limited, these Guidelines shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising from or relating to these Guidelines, including their interpretation, validity, implementation or enforcement, shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions contained in the applicable Terms and Conditions governing the relevant Services. Nothing contained herein shall prejudice any mandatory statutory rights or remedies available under applicable law.
38. Contact Information
Users seeking clarification regarding these Guidelines, wishing to report violations or requiring assistance concerning community-related matters may contact the Company through the official communication channels published on the Fitreat Platform from time to time. Reports concerning violations of these Guidelines may also be submitted through the grievance resolution mechanisms established under the Company's Grievance Redressal Policy where appropriate.
The Company may update its contact details, reporting mechanisms or communication channels without requiring formal amendment of these Guidelines, and Users are encouraged to refer to the official Fitreat Platform for the most current contact information.
39. Interpretation and Severability
These Guidelines shall be interpreted in a manner that promotes their underlying objectives of fostering a safe, respectful and supportive community while preserving the legitimate rights and interests of Users and the Company. Headings are included solely for convenience of reference and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa where the context so requires, and references to one gender include every other gender.
If any provision of these Guidelines is held by a court, tribunal or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, such provision shall, to the extent of its invalidity or unenforceability, be deemed severed without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
40. Final Provisions
These Community Guidelines constitute the Company's standards governing participation within the Fitreat community and shall be read together with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Grievance Redressal Policy and every other Platform Policy published by the Company from time to time. Collectively, these documents establish the contractual and operational framework governing the relationship between the Company and its Users.
The Company's failure to enforce any provision of these Guidelines in a particular instance shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce the same or any other provision at a later time. The rights, remedies and powers available to the Company under these Guidelines are cumulative and shall be in addition to any other rights or remedies available under contract, statute or applicable law.
These Guidelines shall become effective on the date specified by the Company and shall remain in force until amended, replaced or withdrawn by the Fitreat Group in accordance with its internal governance procedures.
